PSYCHEDELIC SPACES

For module two, our task was to create and present a Prezi presentation to a parent about what parents should keep in mind while raising a child. My parents enjoyed my presentation, but there wasn't much of a discussion afterwards because they were on their way to bed. My mother simply told me that parenthood is always simpler on paper. In actuality, being a parent is a daily struggle. You want to build a relationship with your child, but occasionally you have to upset them by enforcing guidelines. Over all, I wasn't nervous presenting to my parents. I have a good bond with them, and I don't mind sharing my opinion. They know that my opinion will differ from theirs, but they did a good job instilling strong core morals in me. We can disagree on small points, but they trust me to make good decisions because they raised me to adhere to such a high moral code.
